Ben Stark has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ben started their career as a Transition Coordinator at Waukesha County Technical College, where they focused on recruitment and enrollment of minority students into associate degree programs. Ben also provided retention services and acted as a liaison between advisors and program counselors.

Ben then worked as a YouthBuild Case Manager and Leadership Coordinator, responsible for the recruitment and retention of participants in the DOL program. Ben ensured that participants obtained their high school diploma or GED and received on-the-job training in carpentry and construction skills.

After that, Ben served as an Employment Coordinator at La Casa de Esperanza, where they recruited bilingual candidates for various positions and worked with local employers to assess prospective employees. Ben later became the Human Resources Manager for the Weatherization program at the same company, providing HR support and managing recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and HRIS administration.

Currently, Ben is the Human Resources Director at Milwaukee Transport Services Inc., overseeing the HR department and working closely with supervisors, managers, and directors of all departments. Ben provides support in employee relations, supervisory training, and analytics.

Throughout their career, Ben has demonstrated strong HR skills, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and program coordination.

Ben Stark's education history begins in 1998 when they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. From 1998 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Psychology and Sociology.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Ben went on to attend the Latino Non-Profit Leadership Program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2006 to 2007. This program centered around Organizational Leadership.

In 2012, Ben enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee once again, this time to pursue a Master's degree. Ben completed their MHRLR, Masters of Human Resources and Labor Relations, program in 2014. During this time, Ben focused on Human Resources and Labor Relations.

Most recently, in 2022, Ben entered Cornell University's Compensation Studies Certificate Program. It is an ongoing program that specializes in Labor and Industrial Relations, which Ben is currently pursuing.
