Emmanuel Okoro is a skilled software developer and GIS data analyst with extensive experience in both transportation planning and software engineering. Currently employed at Milwaukee Transport Services Inc. since December 2019, Emmanuel has effectively utilized Agile methodologies to deliver software solutions while also performing complex data analyses for transit projects using Python and machine learning techniques. Previous roles include software development and DevOps at Dankore Software LLC, GIS Specialist at WEC Energy Group, and various positions focusing on urban planning and GIS data analysis.
