Cynthia Handy

Cynthia Handy has extensive work experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare consulting. Cynthia is currently the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at MIND 24-7, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, Cynthia worked as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at FasPsych, LLC from July 2020 to March 2022. Cynthia also served as the Business Office Director at St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center from November 2015 to June 2020. Cynthia's previous roles include Director of Claims & Reimbursement at Terros from June 2014 to October 2015, Director of Eligibility & Claims Analysis at Magellan Health Services from March 2012 to May 2014, Director of Reimbursement at Jewish Family & Children's Service from November 2009 to March 2012, and Billing Director at Bayless & Associates from January 2002 to August 2009. Cynthia Handy began their education in 1973 at Kent State University, where they studied Business Administration. After completing their studies at Kent State, they attended Youngstown State University from 1977 to 1979, continuing their studies in Business Administration. In 1979, Cynthia transferred to California State University, Los Angeles, where they pursued further studies in Business Administration until 1981. Following a break in their education, Cynthia enrolled at Phoenix College from 1999 to 2003, focusing on Psychology. Finally, Cynthia completed their education at Argosy University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
