Adrienne Opalka

Adrienne Opalka is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare operations and management. Adrienne is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at MIND 24-7, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Connections Health Solutions from September 2019 to October 2020.

Opalka has also held leadership positions at various organizations, including WellCare Health Plans as VP ACO Operations from July 2014 to September 2019, where they were responsible for managing accountable care organizations and increasing CMS audit scores. Adrienne also played a significant role in developing a multi-state risk-based ACO.

From January 2012 to June 2014, Opalka worked as the Senior Director of Accountable Care Organization and Project Management at HealthCare Partners, overseeing ACO and IPA initiatives.

Before that, Opalka served as the Chief Operating Officer at Veritas Therapeutic Community, Inc. from 2010 to 2012, where they managed financial and operational activities for a residential and outpatient OASAS/Medicaid organization.

Adrienne also worked as the President at OMC Consulting from January 2005 to January 2010, providing interim management and consulting services to healthcare and non-profit organizations.

Opalka's career started at NY Hotel Employee Benefit Funds, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2005, managing not-for-profit trusts and overseeing health/dental/pharmacy centers, PPO networks, and general operations.

Adrienne'sprevious roles also include Chief Operating Officer at Genesis HealthPlan from 1999 to 2000, and Founder/Vice President Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Community Premier Plus from 1996 to 1999.

Opalka began their career as the Executive Director of Business Development at Columbia Presbyterian-Medical Center in 1995. Adrienne has a proven track record of success in strategic analysis, finance, operations, and project management in the healthcare industry.

Adrienne Opalka completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University from 1980 to 1984. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Yale School of Management, which they completed from 1988 to 1990.
