Emma Spight has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Emma is currently a Senior Vice President of Technology and Data Operations at MIND 24-7. Prior to this, they were the owner of 6040 Wines. Emma has also worked as a Management Consultant at Healogics, Inc. and as the Vice President of Program Management and Business Analysis (Acting) at Connections Health Solutions. Emma has experience as a Management Consultant at Redirect Health and as the Director of Product Management at Solera Health. Earlier in their career, Emma worked as a Management Consultant in the healthcare sector at Eastwick Strategy Group and as a Vice President of Global Consulting and a Vice President of Continuous Process Improvement at Citi. Emma also had a summer internship at John Snow Inc. and held various roles, including Chief of Staff, in the Global Operations division at Citi. Emma has a strong background in strategy development, project management, and process improvement.

Emma Spight has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Nottingham Trent University. Emma also holds an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, with a focus on Healthcare, Finance, and Operations.
