Assala Mami

Assala Mami currently serves as a Project Manager at MindGym, having progressed through roles as Associate Project Manager and Junior Project Manager since March 2022. Prior to this, Assala worked at Fragomen as a Senior Business Immigration Analyst and Business Immigration Analyst from February 2019 to July 2021. Assala's experience also includes a role as a Research Officer for human trafficking at FONDATION SCELLES, where research was published on Algeria's human trafficking laws and policies. Additionally, Assala gained valuable insights as a Government Affairs Intern at the Center for American Progress and as a Student Fellow in Public Policy at the University of California. Assala's early career involved a position as a Political Affairs Intern with The Borgen Project. Assala holds a Master of Science in International/Global Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of San Francisco.
