Kassidy M. Hiatt

Kassidy M. Hiatt has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2007, they started their career as an FS Sales Representative at Cintas. Kassidy M. then worked at the Indiana State University Foundation as a Director of Development from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the SEM Representative of Indiana at McGraw-Hill Higher Education. In 2015, they joined Paycor as a Major Market Sales Executive, where they focused on providing integrated payroll, HR, and time & attendance solutions. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Insurance Consultant at OneDigital Health and Benefits. Kassidy then transitioned to FranklinCovey in 2019 as a Client Partner, where they helped clients improve performance and achieve their goals. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President at MindGym, where they combine behavioral psychology and consumer marketing techniques to enhance work performance and business success.
