Mel Tacheron

Mel Tacheron currently serves as a Solutions Manager and Principal Solutions Designer at MindGym, focusing on talent and performance management, equity, diversity, inclusion, and organizational development across various industries globally. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Solutions Designer and Faculty Aide at Harvard University, where Mel contributed to qualitative research on public sector leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier positions included teaching middle school language arts and special education in Loudoun County Public Schools, as well as work as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional for the United States Department of Defense. Mel holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, alongside a Master of Arts in Special Education from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Salisbury University.
