Paul Millington is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer service and operational excellence. Currently serving as Group Operations Director at MindGym since October 2022, Paul previously held the position of Director of Service Excellence at Firstsource from April 2021 to October 2022. At Worldpay, from February 2014 to April 2021, Paul progressed through various roles including Senior Vice President of Operations and Head of UK Operations, overseeing large-scale operational teams and ensuring high-quality service for SME and corporate clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Customer Experience Manager at Worldpay and Segment Manager for T-Mobile, where Paul was instrumental in developing customer service strategies. Paul holds an MA in Management in the International Payment Ecosystem from Middlesex University and an MSc in the same field from the University of Sunderland.
