Ralph Lägel, MBA has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ralph is currently the CEO and owner of Cap4Health GmbH & Co. KG, a position they have held since July 2018. Prior to their current roles, Ralph Lägel worked at Pfizer in various positions including Head of the Pfizer Healthcare Hub & Senior Manager Healthcare Strategies for Pfizer Innovative Health, European Key Account Business Director for Integrated Health, and Manager for Contract Development and Healthcare Structures. Their tenure at Pfizer lasted from July 2010 to June 2018. Ralph Lägel has also been a Business Angel for VLM Health and xbird GmbH from 2019 to 2022.

Ralph Lägel, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Psychology at Leipzig University from 1986 to 1991. Before their psychology studies, they also attended Leipzig University from 1983 to 1986, where they focused on Medicine.
