Lawrence Baird

Lawrence Baird is an experienced executive leader specializing in strategy, operational improvement, P&L optimization and people development. Lawrence has extensive experience in organizational strategy, change management, and process optimization. He is a hands-on, collaborative executive and trusted advisor to other executives and all employees within the organization.

At Mindgrub, Lawrence oversees the sales organization to optimize processes, develops strategies to expand the client base, and ensures that clients are getting the best solutions to their needs.

Lawrence brings a broad background with over 20 years of sales, operations and product/project management experience. His experience includes 13 years with Laureate Education in Baltimore and as COO of two local technology companies in eLearning and cyber security. He holds a BA in Communication from Loyola University in Maryland and an MBA from Walden University.

He has been an adjunct professor at Stevenson University for 12 years as well as at a number of other higher education institutions.
