Courtney Harman

Courtney Harman has a diverse work experience, starting as an HRIS Analyst at Applebee's International in 2003. Courtney then worked at DaVita, first as a Regional Operations Director and later as the Vice President of Operations, where they led significant growth initiatives and achieved substantial revenue gains. Following DaVita, Harman served as the Chief Operating Officer at Strategic Dental Executives, leading the company through a government investigation and overseeing operational and clinical departments. Courtney then became a Healthcare Consultant at Harman Advisors before joining U.S. Oral Surgery Management as their Chief Operating Officer, where they played a key role in the company's expansion and pipeline integration. Currently, Harman serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Mindpath Health.

Courtney Harman obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2007. Courtney also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they completed in 2003.
