Tanya Edwards is a seasoned professional in commercial and financial management with extensive experience across multiple high-profile roles. Currently serving as Global Client Compliance Director at Mindshare since November 2011, Tanya has established a robust commercial compliance framework and leads a specialized team in mitigating risks and managing global audits. Previous positions at Mindshare include Global Commercial Director and Global Commercial Partner, where Tanya focused on financial leadership, client relationships, and strategic negotiations for leading global brands. Prior to Mindshare, Tanya was Commercial Director at BEcause Brand Experience and held several finance-focused roles at Mediaedge:cia and Emap, where foundational skills in financial operations and reporting were developed. Tanya holds a BA Hons degree in French and Political Science from the University of Staffordshire.
