Jen Johnson

Jen Johnson has extensive experience in the field of recruiting and employee retention. Jen is currently working as the Head of Recruiting and Employee Retention at Mindshow, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Professional at Blizzard Entertainment from December 2020 to January 2022. From July 2019 to July 2020, they were a Sr Recruiter at Magnopus, and from April 2018 to July 2019, they held the position of Recruiter at the same company. Before that, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Magnopus from April 2017 to March 2018. Jen also has experience as an Admin/Customer Service representative at Express Employment Professionals from April 2016 to April 2017. Jen started their career as a Recruiting Coordinator/Operations employee at Connectifier, Inc. from August 2015 to February 2016. Prior to that, they worked in customer service at VCA from March 2013 to June 2015.

Jen Johnson's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Jen also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Citrus College.
