We need a seasoned People Operations leader with experience in managing and scaling people operations in a cross cultural context. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries including India, the US, the UK, and Costa Rica. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business objectives and lead a team of  HR operations team members.

  • Lead and mentor a team of early and mid career HR ops professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate on, design and execute scalable HR initiatives to support a diverse and complex global workforce.
  • Collaborate with senior peers and leaders to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities within the organization.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and support across all offices.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adaptation across the organization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of people operations.
  • Own, improve and administer oversight to Mindtickle’s HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, PMS, Freshservice, ATS, and analytics dashboard, ensuring data integrity, system maintenance, and user support.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • Have 12-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a team leader role managing cross cultural teams.
  • Hold Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
  • Are having strong understanding of regulatory environments in the US, India,UK, and Costa Rica.
  • Have proven ability to lead and develop HR teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Are exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have strategic mindset with the ability to make sound organizational decisions.
  • Are high level of integrity and professionalism.
