The Solutions Consultant will be foundational to MindTickle’s continued business expansion. Representing a critical function within the company, as a Solutions Consultant, you will become an expert in our technology & industry, and develop a deep understanding of how MindTickle is being used by current customers and how it can drive value for future customers.

Responsibilities
- Partnering with Account Executives in the discovery of customer needs and performing pre demo needs analysis.
- Demonstrations of MindTickle’s product(s), both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customersGenerating product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s).
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
- Responding to RFI/RFP documents.
- Staying current on our product roadmap, to a level required for demo and POC.
- Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between MindTickle and its competitors.
- Communicating internally to the Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Translating business needs to product requirements, ensuring customer expectations are captured, and highlighting opportunities to continue building our brand.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by our product including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
- Supporting Marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
Qualifications
- 5+ years pre-sales experience
- Domain expertise: sales enablement or revenue productivity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated senior selling skills within consultative projects.
- Mastery of the Sales process and trusted advisor for account representatives and customers.
- Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to thrive in a small team with a highly dynamic work environment, switching rapidly from strategy to execution.
