Marijana Miljanovic

Marijana Miljanovic is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hyperoptic Ltd. since September 2018, Marijana has been instrumental in achieving notable accolades such as the Best HR/L&D team of the year in the UK at the CIPD award and certification as a Great Place To Work. Prior to this, Marijana held significant positions at HealthCare Europe and NIS Gazprom Neft, where responsibilities included strategic HR partnership, talent acquisition, employee motivation, and process optimization. Marijana holds a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad, supplemented by training at the Albert Ellis Institute.
