Rita Borges has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Rita started their career at Worten Portugal as a Customer Service Representative from October 2014 to November 2015. Rita then moved on to The Lisbon MBA - Católica | Nova, where they worked as a Program Affairs Assistant from February 2016 to July 2016, and later as a Marketing & Admissions Assistant from July 2016 to October 2017. Rita's most recent position was at Miniclip, where they held the role of Advertising Monetisation Executive from October 2017 to March 2020, and then progressed to become an Advertising Monetisation Manager from March 2020 to the present time. In their current role at Miniclip, they are responsible for designing and developing in-game placements for optimizing monetization and ensuring a positive user experience. Rita also contributes to the company's advertising strategy planning and collaborates with data analysts on hypothesis-driven analyses and A/B tests.

Rita Borges completed a Specialization Course in Creativity in Advertising / Criatividade Publicitária at RESTART - Instituto de Criatividade, Artes e Novas Tecnologias from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing from Escola Superior de Comunicação Social from 2011 to 2014.
