Gonzalo Funez

Gonzalo Funez possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and project coordination, currently serving as Ayudante de Ingeniero Civil at Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas since February 2023, focusing on road and bridge projects across Uruguay. Simultaneously, Gonzalo holds the position of Coordinador de desarrollo de proyectos at PEUSA, where responsibilities include the coordination of roadway lighting projects. Prior work experience includes a role as Dibujante Proyectista at Proyección Electroluz from July 2015 to February 2023 and as Diseñador Gráfico at IMPRESORA PLURAL for a brief period in 2015, specializing in graphic design for various products. Gonzalo is pursuing a degree in Architecture at Universidad de la República, building on a solid educational foundation in construction with a Técnico en la Construcción degree from UTU - IEC obtained in 2016 and a Bachiller en la Construcción completed in 2012.
