Rafael Fernando dos Santos has extensive experience in the field of computer programming and development, currently holding the position of Programador de Computador at Ministério Público de Santa Catarina since October 2009. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as an Analista de Desenvolvimento at Softplan Planejamento de Sistemas LTDA from 2008 to 2009.
