Randy R. Turner

Randy R. Turner has extensive experience in technical support and customer services, currently serving as the Technical Support and Customer Services Manager at Ministry Brands since May 2015. Prior to this role, Randy held various positions at Shelby Systems from November 1998 to May 2015, including Account Manager, Project Manager, Technical Support Team Leader, and Technical Support Agent. Earlier in Randy's career, various positions were held at The Kroger Co. from June 1991 to November 1998, encompassing store-level retail and warehouse operations. Randy R. Turner holds an Associate of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Communications/Networking from Southwest Tennessee Community College and has pursued further education at The University of Memphis.
