Abdullah Almubaddel

Abdullah AlMubaddel is currently the Head of Portfolio Management - PMO at the Ministry of Culture, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Project Manager at the Ministry of Culture starting in November 2020.

Before joining the Ministry of Culture, Abdullah AlMubaddel gained extensive experience in the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia. Abdullah held the role of Performance Management Specialist from June 2019 to November 2020, where they assessed branch performance, led departments, and contributed to the execution of a significant development project. Prior to this, they worked as a Performance Management Assistant from July 2017 to June 2019, evaluating and analyzing branch performance and representing the branches' sector on a committee. Abdullah also served as a Branches Support Officer from December 2013 to July 2017.

Throughout their career, Abdullah AlMubaddel has developed expertise in portfolio management, project management, performance management, and support operations.

Abdullah AlMubaddel's educational history includes a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from King Saud University, obtained in 2019, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the same university, obtained in 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Abdullah has several professional certifications, such as Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), P3O® Certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Leadership Development Program, and Key Performance Indicators Professional. These certifications were obtained between 2020 and 2023 from reputable institutions such as the Project Management Institute, AXELOS Global Best Practice, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
