Vitalii Petruk

Vitalii Petruk currently serves as the State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine since March 2023 and holds the position of Deputy Head at the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority since September 2020. Previously, Vitalii was the Head of the State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion Zone Management from October 2015 to October 2019 and held various leadership roles at the State Management of Affairs between January 2011 and September 2015, including Head of the Planning and Economic Analysis Department. Vitalii also served as the Head of Service of the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for a brief period in early 2011 and was the Head of the Department of Expertise & Analysis of Technogenic, Environmental, Nuclear Safety at the Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from January 2006 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include studies at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
