Meshari Alluqmani's work experience includes:

- Sr. Quality Management & Excellence Enterprise Lead at the Ministry of Energy (2022 - Present): Conducted organization self-assessment according to EFQM and RADAR methodology, supported the ministry in obtaining EFQM recognition certificates, and ensured continuous improvement of quality management practices.

- Operation Excellence & Quality Lead at Aramco (2015 - 2022): Introduced continuous improvement excellence and quality programs, implemented company-wide adherence with policies, conducted periodic audits of processes, and identified improvement opportunities. Also served as a Data Analysis Engineer, Project Manager, and Planning Engineer during this time, with responsibilities such as creating and maintaining data pipeline architecture, leading teams, reviewing project documents, and developing time schedules and budgets.

Meshari Alluqmani completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering at The Catholic University of America from 2011 to 2015. Meshari then pursued a Master's Degree in Renewable Energy with a specialization in Concentrated Solar Power from King Saud University between 2017 and 2019.
