Patrick Foo

Patrick Foo is currently the Director of Research and Strategy Management Division at the Ministry of National Development Singapore. Previously, Patrick held positions at the Energy Market Authority and the Singapore Armed Forces. Foo also has a background in social research, economic research, programme evaluation, corporate planning, international relations, and emergency preparedness. During the COVID-19 crisis, Patrick played a key role in establishing and leading MND's COVID-19 Joint Ops team and Forward Planning team to address infrastructure demands.
