Justin Garcia is an accomplished user experience design professional with extensive experience in leading UX initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Lead UX Design Architect at U.S. Bank, Justin collaborates with multiple teams to create web and mobile experiences that meet both internal goals and customer needs. As the founder of Verø, Justin provides comprehensive user experience and strategy services, guiding projects from discovery to deployment. Additionally, Justin enriches the field as an Adjunct Professor at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, teaching online courses on user experience design. Justin's previous roles include Lead Strategist at Instrument, Senior User Experience Designer at Ventech Solutions, and UX/UI Designer at Design Center Inc., showcasing a strong foundation in research methodologies, strategic design, and agile project management. Justin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
