Brian Tomassoni

Brian Tomassoni has extensive experience in civil engineering and transportation project management, currently serving as a Construction Project Engineer at the Minnesota Department of Transportation since April 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing transportation projects from conception to construction. Prior roles at the Minnesota Department of Transportation include Transportation Generalist Senior and Transportation Generalist, focusing on project scoping and roadside safety design. Additional experience includes laboring for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, surveying for CIC, and engaging in environmental restoration with Conservation Corps Minnesota and Iowa. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor of Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
