Ferenc Csatlós

Ferenc Csatlós, MBA, PMP has a comprehensive work experience spanning various leadership roles in the insurance and financial industry. FERENC is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Securian Financial, where they are responsible for ensuring service and operations excellence across all business lines. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Operations & Customer Service at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they focused on leveraging technology and continuous improvements to enhance the member and stakeholder experience. FERENC also served as VP of Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) at Erie Insurance Group, where they led a team in executing portfolio management functions and transforming the executive leadership team. At Nationwide Insurance, Ferenc held several roles, including Associate Vice President of Operational Planning, Senior Director of Workforce Management & Performance Improvement, and Director of Operations. During their tenure at Nationwide, they led initiatives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the organization. Earlier in their career, Ferenc worked as a Regional Technology Manager at Comcast and as an Operations Manager at Convergys, where they managed call center operations and strategic planning. Ferenc Csatlós holds a BBA degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) & Operations from The University of Toledo. FERENC also pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Csatlós has obtained several certifications including Leading in a Changing Market, Leadership Strategy & Implementation from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2017, Stanford Advanced Program Management Certification (concentration: Converting Strategy Into Action) from Stanford Center for Professional Development in 2013, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Lean Six Sigma Institute in 2012, and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci in 2011.
