Renee Lee

Renee Lee started their work experience in 1997 at Microsoft as a Lead Program Manager. Renee then joined Securian Financial Group in 2007, where they held various roles such as Connectivity Consultant, Manager - Securian Technology Services, and Manager, Life Manufacturing Systems * Individual Business Technology. In 2018, they transitioned to Securian Financial, where they served as the Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Product Management, and currently holds the position of Director of Global Operations. The roles they have held involve overseeing technology platforms, managing teams, implementing systems projects, and developing strategic plans to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.

Renee Lee completed their B.A. degree in Information Technology in Management from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Information Technology in Management from Concordia College from 1986 to 1988 with a field of study in Family Social Science. In addition to their degrees, Renee also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained from Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
