Joel Klein

Joel Klein has worked at Securian Financial since 2018, starting as an Analytics Specialist and progressing to roles including Associate Data Scientist, Data Scientist, Sr. Data Scientist, and currently holding the position of Lead Data Scientist. Joel has also worked at St. Cloud State University as an Analytics Research Assistant from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they worked at Securian Financial as a Digital Analytics Intern in 2017.

Joel Klein earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from St. Cloud State University from 2015 to 2018. Joel also completed a minor in Mathematics during the same period. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Albany High School from 2011 to 2015. Joel is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Science at Indiana University Bloomington, with an expected completion date in 2023.
