Casey Jones

Casey Jones is currently the Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings. Prior to that, they worked as a Member Services Representative for the Los Angeles Rams from February 2018 to June 2022. In this role, they managed and serviced 1500+ premier season ticket member accounts with an annual retention revenue exceeding $6,000,000. They also developed and maintained positive relationships with season ticket members through face to face meetings, exclusive events, phone calls, and written correspondence. Casey also assisted in the creation and coordination of exclusive events to aid in new business development. Additionally, they assisted in gameday operations which included fan engagement, ticket resolution, guest relations, and season ticket member experiences.

Before working with the Rams, Casey was a Sales And Service Associate for the New Orleans Saints from January 2017 to November 2017. In this role, they serviced 300+ Saints club and premium accounts that exceeded revenue of $500,000. They also had a renewal rate exceeding 90% on assigned Saints club accounts. Casey ranked #1 on the sales and service associate team in Saints single game suite sales. They answered inbound phone calls daily on the Saints general line and provided first class customer service to New Orleans Saints season ticket holders and fans.

Casey Jones has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi.
