Danny Kaplan

Danny Kaplan possesses extensive experience in hockey operations and analytics, currently serving as a Hockey Operations Analyst for the Minnesota Wild since August 2023. Previously, Kaplan was a Video Analyst in Hockey Operations at MLSE, where responsibilities included managing player development databases and compiling reports to guide player evaluations. Kaplan's earlier roles include significant contributions to the New Jersey Devils and Tampa Bay Lightning, focusing on analytics and scouting, as well as training and coaching in various capacities. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and ongoing graduate studies in Data Analytics Engineering, Kaplan combines a strong educational background with a proven track record in hockey-related data analysis and player development.
