Senior Process Development Engineer at Minnetronix

Emily Rengo has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Emily started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern at Enclos Corp in 2011, where they gained experience in editing AutoCAD drawings, designing thermal environments, and running thermal calculations. In 2012, they joined Cummins Inc as a Mechanical Engineer, leading the development and design of Automatic Transfer Switch mechanisms. Emily also provided input into technical specifications and managed project schedules. After that, they became a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cummins Inc in 2013, before transitioning to a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at PAX Water Technologies in 2014. At PAX Water Technologies, they evaluated and developed manufacturing processes, including product design, fabrication, assembly, and tooling. Finally, they currently hold the position of a Manufacturing Engineer II at Minnetronix, Inc since 2017. In this role, they manage production builds of multiple product lines, creates and maintains production documentation, and collaborates with development engineering for new product transfers.

Emily Rengo attended the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2010, they also briefly attended the University of Wollongong, pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in the same field of study.
