Taylor Summer

Taylor Summer is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Minoan since May 2023, Taylor previously held the position of Marketing Director for Waldo's Chicken & Beer and Big Bad Breakfast at Fresh Hospitality LLC from February 2022 to May 2023. Prior roles include Marketing and Business Development at Whitestone Branding, Brand Manager and Lead Photographer at Hal Smith Restaurants, Account Executive and Social Media Manager at bigInk, and Social Media Strategist for the University of Oklahoma's Football Program. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Mass Communications with a minor in music from Texas State University, completed in 2017, and graduated from James Bowie High School in 2013.
