Nikki Hoyrup

Nikki Hoyrup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and people management across various companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Employee Experience North America at Minute Media since April 2024, Nikki previously held significant roles including Director of People Operations at STN Video and Program Manager for People Special Projects at fabric. Nikki's career also includes key positions at Bulletproof 360, where support was provided to executives, and at Vancouver Island Technology Park, where responsibilities included the development of marketing initiatives. Nikki began a career in administration as an Executive Assistant at BC Government, focusing on financial policy analysis. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in General Business Management from the University of Victoria.
