Tina Swinford is a proposal manager with experience in overseeing the preparation of complex request for proposals (RFPs) and bids. Tina has a background in writing and editing persuasive responses, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring consistent branding standards. Tina has also mentored and trained team members, built relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrated proficiency in various writing styles. Additionally, Tina has experience in tutoring and teaching English composition labs, as well as editing grant proposals and scholarship documents during their time as an intern. Tina holds a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from Austin Peay State University.
