Lex Ballowe

Lex Ballowe has a diverse work history starting in 2016 with PPG Industries as a Lab Technician and later as a Development Assistant II. In 2017, Lex worked at the Medical College of Wisconsin as a Research Technologist I. From 2018 to 2019, Lex worked at Northwestern University as a Medical Technologist II in Transplant Immunology, where they performed and interpreted clinical solid organ typing and developed protocols for robotic cell lineage separation. In 2019, Lex joined Tempus Labs, Inc. and held roles as a Clinical Molecular Technologist, where they developed process improvements and conducted training, and later as a Lab Quality Control Technologist. Currently, Lex works at MiQ as an Associate Trader, managing campaign strategy and providing detailed client reporting and analysis.

Lex Ballowe completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2021 and 2023. During this time, their studies focused on concentrations such as Econometrics and Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.

Prior to pursuing an MBA, Lex Ballowe obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from the University of Southern California from 2012 to 2015.

Additionally, Lex Ballowe has obtained certifications in marketing and DSP (Demand-Side Platform). They received a certification in Marketing Foundations from The Trade Desk Edge Academy in June 2022. They also obtained an Xandr Invest: Invest DSP Certificate from Xandr in June 2022.
