Anatolii Lushpai

Anatolii Lushpai is an experienced Genesys Solution Architect currently employed at Miratech since February 2022, specializing in call center software, cloud contact centers, and customer experience solutions. Previously, Anatolii held the position of Senior Genesys Specialist at IBM, where expertise included Genesys Contact Center ORS URS Routing and GVP IVR Development. Prior roles at Genesys involved serving as a Senior Technical Support Analyst and Technical Support Engineer, with a focus on telephony products. Earlier experience includes roles in technical support and team leadership at LiveRepair.com, Inc., and Test-98, as well as a foundational position in hull technology at a shipbuilding factory. Anatolii holds a Master's degree in Economics from National Aviation University, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from National Technical University of Ukraine, and a Technologist degree in Hull Construction Technology from Kyiv State Maritime Academy.
