Mykola Kostiuchenko is currently the Director of Global People Sourcing at Miratech. Mykola has successfully opened and developed R&D offices in Poland and Spain, managing a team of engineers and overseeing various departments. Prior to Miratech, Mykola served as the Deputy of CEO at BMS Consulting Ltd and held positions at INCOM corp. and Ukragrotechprom LLC. Mykola has an Executive MBA from The International Management Institute and an Engineer's degree from Zhytomyr State Technological University. Their extensive experience includes project management, IT development, and business processes implementation.
