Per Hult

Per Hult is an experienced professional in the field of Total Rewards and Human Resource Information Systems, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at Mycronic since January 2023. Prior to this role, Per worked at Electrolux as part of the Executive Rewards team from August 2019 to January 2023, and spent eight years at Mercer as a Principal, providing consultancy services focusing on Executive Rewards, remuneration committee advisory, remuneration package design, variable pay program design, and compensation benchmarking. Educational qualifications include a M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Industrial Management and Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, alongside a research internship at Duke University in 2010.
