Lindsey Chaney

Lindsey Chaney currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at poppi, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Lindsey held key positions including Head of Compensation Benefits at Brook + Whittle and Director of Total Rewards at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners. Additional experience includes a progression of roles at H-E-B, Perdue Farms, Simmons Foods, and Walmart in various compensation and HR capacities. Academically, Lindsey earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Leadership from the University of Louisville and a Master's degree in Psychology from Walden University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University.
