Melanie Taetle has extensive experience in customer experience operations and analytics, currently serving as the Customer Experience Operations Lead at Miro since July 2021. Previously, Melanie held various roles in customer success and operational analytics at LogicMonitor and TrendKite. In addition to a focus on customer experience, Melanie also worked as a Yoga Teacher at Body and Breath Yoga from March to December 2023. Academic qualifications include two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government, as well as History, from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, supplemented by research and policy internship experience at the University of Michigan Law School and Houses of the Oireachtas.
