Hillary Szalay has over 25 years of experience in recruitment and HR roles. Hillary is currently the Recruiting Manager - CXO & Customer Operations at Mission Lane, where they focus on recruiting customer experience and operations professionals. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Cornerstone RPO, where they consulted with clients in various industries and of different sizes. Hillary also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Unboxed Training & Technology and as an Independent Consultant, providing HR and marketing consulting services to small businesses. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as New Member Marketing Manager at Doubleday Entertainment and VP Business Development at SmartDM.
