Stephanie Swain has a diverse range of work experience. Stephanie started their career at ZoomSystems as a Communications Manager from April 2005 to December 2009. Stephanie then worked at Cutline Communications as an Account Executive from October 2010 to April 2011, where they led successful media launches and developed extensive review programs for various technology brands. From June 2011 to September 2014, Stephanie worked as a Communications Freelancer, managing communications for early-stage tech companies and leading public relations efforts for product launches. During this time, they secured high-profile media coverage for clients and introduced Assistly to major tech outlets, leading to its acquisition by Salesforce. Stephanie also had a freelance role at Accompany from December 2013 to July 2014, working on special projects. Since December 2017, they have been employed at Mission Minded, initially as a Brand Strategist and currently as a Senior Brand Strategist. In their role, they are responsible for brand strategy, messaging, and campaigns for various nonprofits and independent schools, overseeing strategy for design, web, and video projects.

Stephanie Swain completed their high school education at Pleasant Hill High School from 1998 to 2001, earning a High School Diploma. Stephanie then pursued further education at the University of Central Missouri from 2001 to 2004, focusing on Finance. After that, they attended San Francisco State University from 2005 to 2009 to obtain their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
