Jessica Barnette

Jessica Barnette has over a decade of experience in emergency dispatch and program management. Currently serving as the Day Program Lead at Mission Mountain Enterprises since 2013, Jessica oversees daily operations for a Work Activity Day Center catering to approximately 32 adults with developmental disabilities and supervises a team of 15 employees. Previously, Jessica held positions as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher and later as the 9-1-1 Director at Lake County Sheriff's Office from 2003 to 2010, where responsibilities included operational oversight of the Emergency Dispatch Center and ensuring responder safety. Jessica also worked as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher at Vigo County Central Dispatch from May 2011 to July 2012, focusing on coordinating emergency responses and maintaining communication with service units. Jessica pursued studies at the University of Montana from 2005 to 2006.
