Rachel Donnelly has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rachel is currently working as the Director of Talent Experience at Mission, where they started in 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Cox Automotive Inc. from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they led a dispersed team of HR Business Partners and managed HR strategy and operations for multiple software business units. Before that, Rachel was the Senior Manager of Human Resources Business Partner at Dealertrack Registration and Titling Services from 2011 to 2018, where they supported various functions and managed acquisitions and integrations. Rachel also served as the Human Resource Manager at General Systems Solutions, where they oversaw HR operations and played a key role in workforce planning and acquisitions. Rachel began their career as a Human Resource Assistant at The Otesaga Resort & Hotel in 2005 and later worked as a Human Resource employee at the National Baseball Hall of Fame for a brief period. Overall, Rachel Donnelly has a strong background in HR leadership and organizational development.

Rachel Donnelly completed their education with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of New Haven in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Communications from Utica University in 2003-2005. Rachel also holds an Associates degree in Business: Sport and Recreation Management from Herkimer County Community College, which they obtained in 2001-2003. Additionally, Rachel Donnelly has obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in July 2015 and the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2010.
