Kelly Hart

Kelly Hart is the Chief of Staff at Mitchell College since January 2024. Previously, served as the Vice President For Enrollment Management at Shepherd University and held various leadership roles in academic and athletic institutions such as Westfield State University, Springfield College, and Dickinson College. Passionate about advocating for children's welfare as a Board Member for CASA Eastern Panhandle. Holds a Ph.D. in Physical Education from Florida State University.
