We are seeking a Revenue Operations Accountant for a six-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

As a Revenue Operations Accountant, you will have ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly duties across the order to cash function for our European entities, maintaining key SOX controls. 

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):

  • Manage the sales order process for all European entities
  • Raise Sales Orders (SO) in NetSuite with correct revenue schedules for newly signed contracts
  • Calculate monthly customer transaction usage and maintain tracking for each customer contract status as appropriate
  • Perform sales order completeness reconciliation
  • Assist with audit requests as required
  • Maintain SOX controls, company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Other ad hoc duties, as requested

What You Need (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting related subject
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities typically gained through 2+ years of experience in order to cash process
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across regions and functions, as well as working independently
  • Experience working with a SaaS or software company
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Fluency in English

What would be nice (preferred skills & experience):

  • Experience working for a US publicly listed company
  • Previous NetSuite ERP system experience
  • An EU language (Dutch, Spanish or French)
