Craig Evans Cert IoD has over 18 years of experience in various technical and leadership roles. Craig started their career at Yes Television as an IT professional in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Craig then joined the University of Wales Institute Cardiff as a Senior Systems and Communications expert, where they remained until 2002. In 2002, they joined Mitel, where they held multiple director-level positions. Craig first served as the Director of Technical Support EMEA & APAC, overseeing a geographically dispersed organization. Currently, they are the Director of Global Technical Account Management at Mitel, responsible for managing post-sale technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Craig Evans Cert IoD holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing from the University of South Wales, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000.
