Haydn started their career at Mitel in 1993, where they worked in customer support, handling various support services and field work. In 2009, they joined Azentro as a Solutions Architect, specializing in Mitel Unified Communications solutions. Haydn later returned to Mitel in 2011 as the Director of Technical Support.
